Urge Congress to Support HUD's Section 4 Program 

The Section 4 program provides funding to increase the capacity of local community development corporations. LISC, Enterprise Community Partners, and Habitat for Humanity have organized a sign-on letter urging Congress to provide at least $50 million in funding in 2027.

Community development corporations work to develop affordable housing, finance small businesses, revitalize commercial corridors, and address local health care, child care, and education needs.
