Funding Opportunity Number: EPA-R-OEJECR-OCS-23-04 - Funds activities that benefit disadvantaged communities through environmental and climate projects (such as reducing pollution or building community capacity to address environmental/climate challenges). To be eligible, applicants must include community-based nonprofits.

The Community Power Accelerator Prize | U.S. Department of Energy — Deadline 12/17/2024
A $10 million prize competition designed to fast-track the efforts of new, emerging, and expanding solar developers and co-developers to learn, participate, and grow their operations to support multiple, successful community solar projects. Community-based organizations are among those eligible to apply.

Energy Improvements in Rural or Remote Areas | U.S. Department of Energy — Deadline 2/27/2024
Funding Opportunity Number: DE-FOA-0003428
Funds rural and remote communities (10,000 people or fewer) to build clean energy projects that benefit their communities. Nonprofit organizations are among those eligible to apply.
